1. Nylon Pulleys
Nylon pulleys are widely used in engineering machinery, port machinery, marine machinery, mining machinery, and other heavy equipment. These accessories have gradually demonstrated unique advantages over traditional metal pulleys, effectively replacing them. Nylon pulleys are durable, lightweight, and self-lubricating, providing a cost-effective alternative to steel components.

2. MC Nylon Products
MC nylon can directly replace many metal components, including copper, stainless steel, and aluminum alloys. For many years, MC nylon has been used to manufacture pulleys, sliders, gears, worm gears, idlers, supporting wheels, running wheels, water pump impellers, shaft sleeves, bearing shells, column pins, piston valve bodies, rubber blocking plates, rotating wheels, rods, pipes, and plates. By replacing metal parts with MC nylon, users can significantly reduce costs, extend component lifespan, and improve the overall service life of machinery, resulting in substantial economic benefits.

3. PDCPD Material
PDCPD material is mainly used in manufacturing covering parts for construction machinery, commercial buses, public transportation vehicles, agricultural machinery, and other heavy-duty equipment. Its durability and resistance to wear make it ideal for long-lasting protective components.

4. Rotomolded Products
Rotationally molded products are primarily used in construction machinery, military applications, automotive industry, and household equipment. Representative products include military supply boxes, weapons and ammunition boxes, airdrop containers, construction machinery fuel tanks and water tanks, automotive fuel tanks and water tanks, and worker storage boxes. Rotomolding allows for high-strength, seamless, and durable components suitable for a wide range of industrial applications.
